Dayna Lovell at the L. E. Phillips Memorial Public Library is combining two grant projects to present one terrific program on Thursday, October 25 at 6:30.
A year ago, the library received a grant from the Presto Foundation that allowed them to purchase I-Pads for circulation and in-house use. The library is also participating in the 2012 LSTA Autism Grant. Since apps on I-Pads are a powerful tool for many people on the autism spectrum, Dayna is doing her research so she can present a good program about the possibilities!
Parents and caregivers are invited to hear about some of the applications, and then there will be time to try them out on the library's I-Pads. Please pass on the information about this program to the teachers and parents in your community!
